Coconut / Thengai Chutney


Ingredients
Shredded coconut - 1 cup, Fried gram - 1/4 cup, Ginger/Onion - 1 piece, Green chilli - 2, Salt, Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Curry leaves


Method
Get all the ingredients ready
Add coconut, fried gram, ginger, green chilli and salt to a blender.
Blend all the ingredients well, add water and blend until smooth.
Transfer the chutney to the serving bowl.

Heat the pan with oil, when in splutters add urad gram and curry leaves.
When the curry leaves turn crisp and pour this over the coconut chutney.
