Curry Masala Powder

Malli/Coriander seeds - 2 cup, Cumin - 1&1/2 tbsp, Chana gram - 1&1/2 tbsp, Rice - 1 tbsp, Pepper - 3/4 tbsp, Cinnamon stick - 2 inches, Cloves - 7, Red dry chilli - 15, Curry leaves(handful)

Get all the ingredients ready
 Heat a frying pan over medium flame.

 Dry roast all the ingredients one by one.

 Do not over roast the ingredients and cool it completely.

 All the ingredients transfer into the blender and blend for a few minutes until a fine powder.

Store the curry masala in an air-tight container.
