Egg Poriyal / Fry

Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tps, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Curry leaves, Green chilli - 2, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, Garam masala - 1 tsp, Pepper - 1/2 tsp, Egg -3, Salt, Coriander leaves

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with Oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add urad gram, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion saute well until golden brown. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
Add the eggs and mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes over the low or medium flame.
Finally garnish the coriander leaves.
Egg Poriyal is ready to serve.
