Gongura Thogayal



Ingredients
  1. Gongura leaves
  2. Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
  3. Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Garlic -4 cloves (chopped)
  5. Onion - 1 (chopped)
  6. Red dry chilli -5
  7. Tomato - 1
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Salt

Method
Boil the gongura
Strain the water and smash it until it becomes finely.
Heat the pan with oil, fenugreek seeds, garlic, dry chilli,onion and saute well add tomato, leave it for 5 minutes to boil
Add smashed gongura.
Mix them well & your dish is ready to server.
