Get all the ingredients ready |

Add the butter in sauce pan and heat it on medium flame. |

Set the butter to melt over medium heat, stirring it gently. |

Keep stirring until the butter to simmer. The milk soilds will get toasted. |
|
Start to settle at the bottom, leaving a clear gold liquid. |
|
Allow it to cool completely. Stain it in a air tight glass container. |
|
Homemade Ghee is ready. |
