Homemade Ghee

Butter - 16 oz, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Add the butter in sauce pan and heat it on medium flame.
Set the butter to melt over medium heat, stirring it gently.
Keep stirring until the butter to simmer. The milk soilds will get toasted.
Start to settle at the bottom, leaving a clear gold liquid.
Allow it to cool completely. Stain it in a air tight glass container.
Homemade Ghee is ready.
