Kadalai Maavu / Fried Gram / Besan Dosa

Kadalai maavu/Gram flour - 1 cup, Tomato - 1 chopped, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Green chilli - 2 chopped, Coriander leaves chopped, Curry leaves chopped, Carrot - 1 (shredded), Salt, Oil

Get all the ingredients ready
Mix all the veggies and gram flour together.
Add salt and water to make the batter.
In a dosa tawa, spread the batter as thin as possible. Drizzle oil and cook until golden at the edge. Cook the dosa on both sides.
Dish is ready to serve with chutney.
