Kambu / Pearl Millet Dosa



Ingredients

Kambu/Pearl Millet - 2 cups, Idly rice - 1 cup, Urad dal - 1/4 cup, Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp, Salt
Method

Soak kambu, rice, urad dal & fenugreek Seeds for 4 Hrs.

Grind them until it become as fine-paste like dosai batter.

Keep it for 8 Hrs & your batter is ready to pour dosai.

PS: Any chutney is good combination.
