Pepper Chicken
Method:
Heat the pan with oil, add fennel seeds and let them crackle.
Add curry leaves, green chilli & onions. Saute for 5 to 10 mins till it turns to golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add chicken and toss it well until it mix well with masala.
If you want it as gravy then add 1/2 cup of water.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 20 - 30 mins till chicken cooked.
Turn off the stove & add coriander leaves, pepper powder and mix them.
