Ragi / Finger Millet Pakoda

Ragi flour - 1 cup, Rice flour - 3 tbsp, Onion - 1 chopped, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Baking soda - a Pinch, Salt, Oil for fry

Get all the ingredients ready
Finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander and curry leaves. Mix all chopped items with ragi flour and rice flour and add a pinch of baking soda, salt and water. Mixed it well like smooth dough.
Heat the frying pan with oil in medium flame.
Drop the batter into the hot oil in small ball shape.
Deep fry the pakoda. 
Dish is ready to serve. Hot Tea/Coffee is the best combination.
