Tomato / Thakkali Chutney

Tomato - 2, Onion - 1, Red dry chilli - 3, Garlic - 4, Coconut -1/4(shredded), Chana gram - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Curry leaves, Oil - 2 tbsp, Taramind (optional), Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add chana gram, red dry chilli, curry leaves, garlic, and onion and saute well for 2 minutes.
Add tomato and salt mix well and saute 2 minutes.
Cook  it until its soft.
Add coconut and cook for a minute. Cool it completely.
Transfer it to the blender, blends in the smooth paste.
Tomato Chutney is ready to serve.
