Beans Poriyal

Beans - 1 cup (chopped), Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Green chilli - 2, Curry leaves, Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add urad gram, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns golden brown.
Add beans and salt, saute well and cook for a minute.
Cover with a lid and let it cook in medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
Add the coconut, mix well and cook for a minute.
Beans Poriyal is ready to serve.
