Carrot Poriyal

Carrot - 3, Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Green chilli - 2, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Curry leaves, Salt, Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil add mustard seeds, when its splutters, add urad gram, green chilli, curry leaves and onion, saute well until onipn turns golden brown.
Add carrot and salt, saute well.
Cover with a lid and let its cook in medium flame for 5 minutes.
Add coconut and mix well and cook for a minute.
Carrot Poriyal is ready.
