Godhuma / Wheat Dosa

Wheat flour - 1 cup, Rice flour - 2 tbsp, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Green chilli - 2 chopped, Curry leaves chopped, Malli / Coriander leaves chopped, Jeera - a pinch, Salt, Water

Get all the ingredients ready
To make godhuma dosa, mix the flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, jeera and salt with water to make a batter.
In a dosa tawa, spread the batter as thin as possible. Drizzle oil and cook until golden at the edges.
Cook the dosa on both sides for a minute.
Godhuma / Wheat Dosa is ready to serve with chutney.
