Idli Upma

Crumbled idli - 1 cup, Oil, Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Curry leaves, Red dry chilli - 3, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Malli / Coriander leaves, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Crumble the left over idlis. Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad gram, red dry chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns golden brown. Add turmeric powder, salt and saute well.
Add crumbled idlis and mix well on the low flame for a minutes. Finally garnish the coriander leaves.
Idli Upma is ready to serve as breakfast or evening snack.
