Kovakkai / Tindora Fry

Kovakkai - 200 grams, Oil - 2 tbsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, Black pepper - 1 tsp, Cumin powder - 1 tsp, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil. Once the oil is little heated, add all spice powders. Fry the spice powders for a minute on low flame.
Add kovakkai and mix well. 
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame. 
Saute well and fry until it gets roasted.
Kovakkai / Tindora Fry is ready to serve.
