Pesarattu / Green Moong Gram dosa


Whole green moong gram - 1 cup, Raw rice - 1/4 cup, Onion - 1/2 finely chopped, Green chilli - 2, Cumin - 3/4 tsp, Ginger - 1 inch, Oil / Ghee, Salt


Method


Soak green moong gram, raw rice for over night. In a blender, add green moong gram, raw rice, ginger, green chilli to blends into batter.
Add salt, cumin and mix well.
In a dosa tawa, spread the batter and drizzle oil or ghee and cook until the golden brown at the edge.
Pesarattu / Green Gram dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
