Salmon Fish Kuzhambu

Salmon fish fillet - 150 grams, Sesame oil - 3 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Red dry chilli - 3, Garlic - 5 cloves, Curry leaves, Tomato - 1, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder - 3/4 tsp, Malli / Coriander powder - 2 & 1/2 tbsp, Tamarind water - 3/4 cup, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutter add red dry chilli, garlic, onion and curry leaves. Saute well until garlic and onion turns golden brown. Add tomato, saute well and cook until tomato becomes soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and Saute well.
Add tamarind water and add 1 cup of water. 
Close the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes on a medium flame. The oil should float on top of the kuzhambu.
Add the fish pieces and mix well.
Close the pan with lid and let the curry simmer for 5 minutes on a medium flame.
Salmon Fish Curry is ready.
