Cauliflower Pakoda

Cauliflower florets - 1.5 cup, Besan / Fried gram flour - 1 cup, Rice flour - 1/4 cup, Onion - 1 chopped, Ginger - 1 inch chopped, Curry leaves, Malli / Coriander leaves, Salt, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, Hing - a pinch, Baking soda(optional), Oil for fry

Get all the ingredients ready.
In a bowl, add besan and rice flour and finely chopped onion, Malli, curry leaves, ginger, red chilli, salt and little water to form a smooth batter and add cauliflower florets, mix well.
Heat the frying pan with oil on the medium flame.

Drop the batter into the hot oil in small ball shape, cook for 2-3 minutes and turning the fritter to cook on both sides.

Once it done, remove the pakoda in kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.

Cauliflower Pakoda is ready to serve with chutney, ketchup.
