Dry Fruits & Nuts Banana Smoothie


Ingredients
Dates - 5, Almonds/Badam - 5, Cashew - 5, Pistachios - 5, Dry grapes - 1 tsp, Cold milk - 1 cup, Honey - 1 tbsp, Ripened banana - 1


Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
Soak dates, badam, cashew, pistachios and 1 tsp dry grapes for 30 minutes in warm water.



Transfer it into blender, blends into fine paste.
Add 1 ripened banana, 1 tbsp honey and 1 cup of cold milk and blends into smooth.
Pour Dry Fruits & Nuts banana smoothie into a serving jar & enjoy.
