Egg Masala Omelet

Egg - 6, Onion - 1, Turmeric powder - 1 tsp, Capsicum - 1/4, Garam masala - 1.5 tsp, Green chilli - 3, Putina / Mint, Curry leaves, Malli / Coriander, Salt, Pepper powder, Oil

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat dosa tawa, add oil, finely chopped capsicum and saute well for 3 minutes on the medium flame.
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, egg, roasted capsicum and mix well.

In dosa tawa, spread the masala egg. Drizzle oil and cook until golden at the edges.
Cook the omelet on both sides for a minute on medium flame.
Egg Masala Omelet is ready.
