Indian Style Masala Pasta

Pasta - 1 cup, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Tomato - 1 chopped, Carrot - 1/2 cup, beans - 1/2 cup, Ginger garlic chopped, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, Malli / Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp, Garam masala - 1/2 tsp, Salt, Oil, Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp, Spring onion

Get all the ingredients ready.
In sauce pan, boil 4 cup of water, add 1 cup of pasta, add 1/2 tsp of salt and cook for 12-13 minutes.

After pasta boiled, drain the pasta and keep aside.
Heat the pan with oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, saute well. Add onion, saute well until its turns to golden brown.
Add Finely chopped tomato, saute well and cook for a minute. Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and saute well and cook until the tomato becomes soft. 
Add carrot, beans, saute well & add 1/2 cup of water, mix well and close the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
After carrot & beans are cooked, add the cooked paste and mix well, sprinkle the pepper powder and garnish the spring onion.
Indian Style Masala Pasta is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
