Masala Dosa

Dosa batter,  Ghee, Fennel seeds, Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped, Onion - 1, Green chilli -2, Curry leaves, Boiled potato - 1 (big size), Salt, Oil, Turmeric powder

Get all the ingredients ready.
For Potato Masala:
Heat the pan with oil, add fennel seeds, ginger, saute well. Add onion, green chilli, curry leaves, saute well until onion turns to golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, salt and saute well. Add potato, mix well and cook for a minute.
Heat the dosa tawa, spread the batter and drizzle oil or ghee and cook until the dosa turns to golden brown.
Add 3-5 tbsp of potato masala in the middle and cook it on the medium flame.
Fold both the sides.
Masala Dosa is ready to serve with chutney and sambar.
