Murungakkai Kathirikai Urulai Kizhangu Koottu

Drumstick - 2, Brinjal - 2, Potato - 2 (big size), Tomato - 2, Pearl onion - 5, Green chilli - 3, Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1 tsp, Curry leaves, Salt, Sambar - 2 tbsp

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion, tomato and saute well until its turns to soft.
Add drumstick, potato, turmeric powder, salt, sambar powder and saute well for a minute.
Add 2.5 cups of water and mix well. Close the pan and cook it for 15 minutes or until the drumstick becomes soft.
Add brinjal and mix well. Close the pan and cook it for another 5 minutes or until the brinjal becomes soft.
Murungakkai Kathirikai Urulai Kizhangu Kottu is ready to serve with rice.
