Tandoori Chicken


Ingredients
Chicken leg piece - 5, Curd - 1 tbsp, Malli/Coriander powder - 1 tbsp, Garam Masala - 1 tbsp, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp, Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Pepper powder - 1 tsp, Salt, Dry methi leaves, ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp, Lemon - 1


Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
Mix all the above ingredients into paste.
Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Bake the chicken in oven for 190 degree celsius / 375 degree Fahrenheit for 20 mis. Spray oil on top of the chicken for crispiness.
Turn the chicken and bake it for 15 mins. Once the chicken is cooked  broil it at 525 degree Fahrenheit for 5 mins.
Tandoori Chicken is ready to serve with onion / mayonnaise / ranch.
