Vallarai Keerai / Brahmi Leaves Idli

Idli batter - 3 cup, Vallarai Keerai - a handful, Ginger - 1 inch, Green chilli - 2, Cumin - 1 tsp

Get all the ingredients ready.
In blender, take vallarai keerai, green chilli, ginger, cumin and blends it into fine paste.
Mix the grounded paste into idli batter and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water in the idli steamer and let it boil.
Grease the idli stand with oil or use the cotton cloths and fill the idli mold with batter.
Put the idli stand inside and close the lid. Let it steam for 20 minutes.

Vallarai Keerai / Brahmi Leaves Idli is ready to serve with chutney and sambar.
