Vallarai Keerai / Brahmi Leaves Dosa

Dosa batter, Vallarai keerai / Brahmi Leaves - a handful, Cumin - 1 tsp, Green chilli - 2, Ginger - 3/4 inch, Oil / Ghee

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, vallarai keerai, ginger, green chilli, saute well for 30 seconds. Cool it completely.
Transfer it into a blender and blends into a fine paste.
Mix the grounded paste into dosa batter and mix well.
Spread the batter in dosa pan as thin as possible. Drizzle oil or ghee and cook until dosa turns to golden brown.
Cook the dosa on both sides.
Vallarai Keerai Dosa is ready to serve with chutney and sambar.
