Murungai Poo / Drumstick Flower With Egg Poriyal


Ingredients
Murungai Poo - 1 bowl, Oil, Onion - 1, Ginger - 1 inch, Garlic - 2 cloves, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt, Egg - 2


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
 
Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns to golden brown.
Add murungai poo, turmeric powder, salt and saute well. Close tne pan and cook for 10 minutes on the low flame a. Once, it cooked add shredded coconut and mix well. Then, add egg and mix well. Let it simmer for a minute on the low flame.
