Onion Tomato Raita


Ingredients
Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Tomato - 1 slice chopped, Green chilli - 1 chopped, Ginger - 1/4 inch chopped, Malli/Coriander leaves chopped, Salt


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
In a bowl take 1 cup of curd and whisk it. Add finely chopped ginger, green chilli and salt.
Add finely chopped, onion, tomato and coriander leaves and mix well.
Onion Tomato Raita is ready to serve.
