Paneer Bhurji

Oil - 1 tbsp, Shredded paneer - 1 cup, Onion - 1, Tomato - 3, Cumin - 1 tsp, Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Malli / Coriander powder - 1 tsp, Garam masala - 1 tsp, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt, Methi - 1 tsp, Coriander leaves


Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, onion, saute well until onion turns to golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and saute well for 30 seconds.
Add tomato, saute well for a minute and add salt, garam masala, coriander powder, mix well. Close the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook until oil is floating on the top.
Add the shredded paneer and mix well.
Add methi, mix well and let it simmer for a minute. Then, garnish the coriander leaves.
Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve with chapathi, roti.
