Tandoori Chicken


Ingredients
Chicken tight piece - 2, Curd - 1 tbsp, Malli/Coriander powder - 1 tbsp, Garam Masala - 1 tbsp, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp, Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Pepper powder - 1 tsp, Salt, Dry methi leaves, ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp, Lemon - 1


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Mix all the above ingredients into paste.
Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Bake the chicken in oven for 190 degree celsius / 375 degree Fahrenheit for 30 mis. Spray oil on top of the chicken for crispiness.

Turn the chicken and bake it for 25-30 mins. Once the chicken is cooked  broil it at 525 degree Fahrenheit for 5 mins.
Tandoori Chicken is ready to serve with onion / mayonnaise / ranch.
