Crab Masala

Crab - 5, Pearl onion - 10, Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp, Curry leaves, Cumin seeds - 1 tsp, Fennel seeds - 1 /2 tsp, Green chilli - 2, Red dry chillli - 2, Tomato - 1, Black pepper - 1 tsp, Malli/Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, Oil, Salt, Coriander leaves 


Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, red dry chilli and saute well for 20 seconds.
Add pearl onion, green chilli, curry leaves, tomato and saute well until onion & tomato are becomes soft.
Add ginger garlic paste, saute well and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add crab and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add coriander powder, pepper powder, 1 cup of water & mix well and cook for 15 minutes until crab is cooked. Once, crab is cooked switch off the stove.

Garnish the coriander leaves.

Crab Masala is ready to serve.
