Omapodi | Plain Sev
Ingredients
Fried gram flour / Besan flour - 1 cup, Rice flour - 1/4 cup, Salt, Hing -a pinch, Oil for fry
Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
In a bowl, add fried gram flour, rice flour, salt, hing and mix well. Then add water to make a dough.
Heat the pan with oil, press through the omapodi/idiyappam press in to oil.
Cook both sides for a minutes on the medium flame. Then drain in paper towel.
Omapodi | Plain Sev is ready.
