Paneer and Capsicum Dry Gravy

Paneer - 250 gram, Green Capsicum - 1, Butter - 1 tbsp, Ginger - 1 inch, Garlic - 4 cloves, Onion - 1, Soy sauce, Red chilli sauce, Tomato sauce, Salt


Get all the  ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of butter, add paneer cubes and saute well until it turns to golden brown. Transfer to the bowl and keep aside.
In a same pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic & saute well. Add onion and saute well for a minute.
Add capsicum,, salt and saute well for a minute. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli sauce and mix well.
Cook the capsicum for 3 minutes on the medium flame. Add paneer and mix gently.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on the medium flame or until it becomes dry. Paneer and Capsicum Dry Fry is ready to serve.
