Pumpkin Curry | Poosanikai Poriyal

Pumpkin - 1/2, Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Onion - 5, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Salt, Sugar - 1 tbsp (optional)


Get all the ingredients ready.

Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns to golden brown.
Add pumpkin, salt and saute well.
Close the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium flames. 
Once it cooked add the sugar and mix well & switch off the stove.
Pumpkin Curry | Poosanikai Poriyal is ready to serve.
