Carrot Beans Curry | Carrot Beans Poriyal


Ingredients
Carrot - cup (chopped), Beans - 1 cup (chopped), Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Onion - 1/2 chopped, Green chilli - 2, Curry leaves, Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup, Salt


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.

Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add urad gram, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns golden brown.
Add chopped carrot, beans and salt, saute well and cook for a minute. Cover with a lid and let it cook in medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
Add the shredded coconut, mix well and cook for a minute.
