Maravalli Kizhangu Pakoda | Tapioca Pakoda | Yuca Pakoda


Ingredients
Maravalli Kizhangu - 2 (small size), Fried gram flour/Besan flour - 1/4 cup, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Malli/Coriander leaves, Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp, Salt


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Peel and shredded the maravalli kizhangu.

Add chopped green chilli, coriander and curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, fired gram flour, salt. Mixed it well.
Heat the frying pan with oil in medium flame.
Drop the batter into the hot oil in small ball shape.
Fry until the pakora turns to golden color and crispy.
