Rasam Podi

Toor gram - 1/2 cup, Malli/Coriander seeds - 1/2 cup, Pepper - 1/4 cup, Cumin seeds - 1/4 cup, Dry red chili - 10, Curry leaves (one handful), Hing - 1 tbsp


Get all the ingredients ready.
 Heat a frying pan over medium flame.

 Dry roast all the ingredients one by one.

 Do not over roast the ingredients and cool it completely.

 All the ingredients transfer into the blender and blend for a few  minutes until a fine powder.

 Store the rasam podi in an air-tight container.
