Chana Gram(Dal) Laddu | Kadalai Paruppu Laddu


Ingredients
Chana Gram - 2 cup, Sugar - 2 cup, Cashews - 10, Shredded coconut - 1 cup, Ghee - 2 tbsp, Cardamom - 5


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
 
Soak Chana gram for 2 hours. Transfer into a cooker along with 4 cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles and drain off the water. Keep aside and cool it completely.
Heat the pan with ghee, roast the cashews and coconut. Keep aside and cool it completely.
Transfer the roasted cashews and coconut into a blender and blends into a coarse powder. Then, transfer into a large bowl.
Separately grind the boiled chana gram, sugar and cardamom. 
Then, transfer into a large bowl and mix well.
All mix together and make laddu.
