In a souce pan, add meal maker with enough water and cook for 10 minutes. Once meal maker is cooked drain off the water and transfer to a bowl of cold water for a minute. Then drain off the cold water too. Keep aside.
In a large bowl add meal maker, curd, lemon, maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well.
Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Dorp in hot oil & fry until golden and crispy. Then, drain it.
Meal Maker Chili | Soya Chunk Chili is ready to serve.
