Palak Pakora | Spinach Pakora


Ingredients
Besan  flour - 1 cup, Rice flour - 2 tbsp, Onion - 1 chopped, Green chilli - 3, Ginger - 1 inch, Hing - a pinch, Spinach - a handful, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Salt, Oil for fry


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
In a bowl, add finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander and curry leaves, spinach. Mix all chopped items with besan flour and rice flour, hing, salt and very little water. Mixed it well like thick paste.

Heat the frying pan with oil in medium flame.
Drop the batter into the hot oil in small bonda shape.
Deep fry the bonda until it turn to brown in color and crispy.
