Ingredients
Drumstick - 1, Kothavarangai/Cluster bean - 7, Avarakkai - 10, Brinjal/Kathirikai - 3, Vendakkai/okra - 2, kovakkai - 5, Pachai mochai - 1/2 cup, Onion 1, Tomato - 2, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Tamarind puree - 1 tbsp, Hing - 1/2 tsp, Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup, Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp, Fried gram - 1 tsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1 tsp, Oil, Salt, Kuzhambu Milagai Podi

Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pressure cooker with 2 tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add onion, green chilli, tomato, curry leaves and saute well for a minute. Add all vegetables except brinjal and saute well for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, salt, kuzhambu Milagai Podi and saute well.

Add a cup of water and close and cook it for 10 minutes.
Add brinjal and cook it for 5 minutes until all vegetables are becomes soft. Add tamarind puree and mix it well.
In a blender, add shredded coconut, fennel seeds, fried gram , 1/2 cup of water and blends into a fine paste. Then, add into the boiled vegetables and mix well.
Cook it for 5 minutes until the kuzhambu becomes thick and add the coriander leaves.
