Cauliflower Poriyal

Cauliflower florets - 1 blow, Oil - 2 tbsp, Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Onion - 1, Green chilli - 3, Curry leaves, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt, Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup


Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add urad gram, green chilli, curry leaves and onion, saute well until onion  turn to golden brown.
Add cauliflower, turmeric powder and salt, saute well and cook for a minute. Cover with a lid and let it cook in medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
Add the coconut, mix well and cook for a minute.
Cauliflower Poriyal is ready.
