Raw Peanuts Chutney


Peanuts - 1 cup, Oil - 1 tsp, Garlic - 3 cloves, Pearl onion  - 6, Green chilli 3, Whole Malli/Coriander seeds - 3/4 tbsp, Cumin - 3/4 tbsp, Curry leaves, Salt


Get all the ingredients ready.
Soak the peanuts overnight. Cook the peanuts with salt for 15 minutes or until it becaomes soft. Then, keep aside and cool it completely.

Heat the pan with oil, add onion, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, whole malli, cumin and saute well for a minute until the onions are soft and cool it completely.

Then, transfer into a blender and blends into a fine paste.
Add boiled peanuts along with masala paste, salt and blends into a fine paste.
Raw Peanuts Chutney is ready to serve with dosa, idli and rice.
