Tomatoes, Salt, Oil


Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add chopped tomatoes, salt and saute well.
Cook the tomatoes for 10-15 minutes on the medium flame.
Cook until tomatoes becomes thick. Keep aside and cool it Completely.
Then, transfer it into a air-tight container and store it in refrigerator.
Tomato Paste is ready. Use this tomato paste instead of fresh tomatoes.
