Pachai Payaru Kuzhi Paniyaram | Green Moong dal Kuzhi Paniyaram

Whole green moong dal - 2 cup, Raw rice - 1/2 cup, Onion - 1 (finely chopped), Green chilli - 2, Cumin - 3/4 tsp, Ginger - 1 inch, Oil, Salt, Coriander leaves, Curry Leaves


Get all the ingredients ready.
Soak green moong gram, raw rice for over night.
In a blender, add green moong gram, raw rice, ginger, green chilli to blends into batter.
Transfer it into a bowl , add salt and mix well.
Add chopped onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Mix it well.
Heat the kuzhi paniyara pan and spread the oil to each kuzhi.Fill the kuzhi with batter and cook over the medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Gently turn each kuzhi paniyaram and let the other side cook for 2-3 minutes.
Kuzhi Paniyaram is ready to serve with chutneys.
