Veggie Pizza


Ingredients
All purpose flour - 2.5 cup, Warm water - 1 cup, Sugar - 2 tsp, Yeast - 1&1/2 tsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, Pizza sauce - 4 tbsp, Mozzarella cheese - 1&1/2 cup, Onion - 3 tbsp (chopped), Capsicum - 1/2 cup, Olives - 1/4 cup, Italian seasoning/mixed herbs - 2 tsp


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Take yeast and sugar in a bowl and add warm water and let it activate.
See how the yeast has foamed up.
Now add all purpose flour/maida, salt and oil in a bowl and mix well.

Add in water (yeast & sugar) mix well then add required water mix well.
Now knead this for 5 to 10 mins till it gets smooth. Just like this.
Brush the top with some oil and cover and let it rise.
After 2 hours, the dough will double in size.
Punch the dough with fist to release down the air. 
Place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray and flatten the dough by stretching with both hands. Then prick with centre of dough with the help of fork to prevent pizza base from fluffing up like chapati.
Spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.
Spread mozzarella cheese first then top with onions, olives and capsicum. Again spread some mozzarella cheese on the top and finally spread the Italian herbs.
Place the pizza in preheated oven and bake at 450-degree fahrenheit for 15  minutes. (or 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes).
Veggie Pizza is ready to serve.
