Dosa batter, Idli Podi, Shredded cheese, Ghee

Idli Podi Recipe :


Get all the ingredients ready.
 Pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot tawa and spread gently.
Pour a ghee over adai. Cook on the medium flame.
Sprinkle the podi over the dosa.
Sprinkle the cheese over the dosa.
Then, fold the dosa.
Cheese dosa is ready to serve with sambar and chutney.
