Garlic Pickle

Peeled garlic - 1 cup, Sesame Oil - 3/4 cup, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Hing - 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp, Tamarind puree - 1/2 cup, Jaggery - 1 (lemon size), Salt


Get all the ingredients ready.
Take garlic in a blender.
Blends it into a coarse paste. Keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter.
Add hing, red chilli powder and mix it well on medium flame.
Add blended garlic.
Mix it well.
Close the pan and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add tamarind puree and 1/2 cup water, salt and mix it well.
Cook for 15 minutes until tamarind water becomes dry.
And jaggery, mix well and get off from the stove.
Cool it completely and transfer to a air tight container.
Garlic Pickle ready.
