Get all the ingredients ready. |

Wash and cut the lemon into small pieces. Soak it in 2 tbsp of salt for 5 days and stir it twice a day. |

After 5 days, heat a pan with 1/4 cup of sesame oil. |

Add mustard seeds when it splutter, add hing, red dry chilli, red chilli powder and saute well in medium flame. |

Add soaked lemon and saute well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. |

or cook until the oil is floating on the top of pickle on the low flame.
Then, cool it completely and stored it in air tight container. |
