Jackfruit Appam




Ingredients
Jackfruit - 10 pieces, Wheat flour - 1 cup, Jaggery - 1/4 cup, Cardamom - 1/4 tsp, Oil / Ghee


Method


Get all the ingredients ready.

 Take jackfruit pieces into a blender and blends into fine paste. Transfer it into a large bowl.
Then, add wheat flour, jaggery, cardamom along with required water. Mix it well.

Mix it in dosa batter consistency.


Heat the kuzhi paniyara pan and spread the oil / ghee to each kuzhi. Fill the kuzhi with batter mix and cook over the medium flame for 2 minutes. Gently turn each appam and let the other side cook for 2 minutes.

Jackfruit Appam ready to serve.
